We arrived at the end of our 2019 General Assembly, grateful to God for the experience and are challenged to share with all of you what we have experienced here. Beyond the work and the pending tasks we take a broader sense of Congregational belonging, closer ties and bonds between sisters, a greater knowledge of the reality and the mission of our communities and above all a renewed hope and confidence.
As the last day of our General Assembly of Missionary Dominican Sisters of the Rosary, we closed with the theme of the Review of the Constitutions and Directory. This theme responds to a mandate from the last General Chapter 2016. (more…)

We continued our reflection and work on Economy with Asesores Rosa and Arantxa.
We started the reflexion on the part of Economy with Rosa Jaso and ArantxaIraizoz who have been working with the General Team since 2013 in this area as advisors and analysts. They helped us to review our resources, to analyze, to know the importance of a viable and realistic budget , how to foresee and react in difficult economic situations. They accompanied us in the process of evaluation of our budgets. (more…)
Today free of sessions and work: rest, go for a walk, get to know Madrid, contrast opinions in an informal way, sleep a bit more, … because tomorrow we started two days with Economy.
In the Congregation, we are 609 sisters from 22 countries and of 26 nationalities. We have variety, diversity and richness of cultures, and a lot of dedicated and missionary life. Today, Our General Coordinator Sr. Raquel Gil motivated us to be more agile to our missionary sending to a different country rather than remain in our country of origin. (more…)

Our General Assembly2019 began officially this afternoon in Madrid, Spain; but since a few days the General Council and the sisters of the welcoming community has been receiving sisters from all over the world. This is definitely the Assembly with the greatest cultural and generational diversity, a richness animated by the Holy Spirit that will bear many fruits! (more…)
